I can safely tell you that they arent.

A mate has 1, full custom exhaust, PC111 with custom map and filter and only got him 187.4 HP.

Big heavy lump though, I had a Hyabussa for a little while, they are the same, big and heavy and fast, awesome in a straight line, but not so clever when you come to the first bend

No envy here mate, have a mate with one.

The 190hp is at the fly wheel too, you loose about 20% through the drive line. My gixxer is SAE Dyno 153hp at the rear wheel. And like the others say, they are straighliners, and barge arses, I'd take a ZX10R over a 14 any day. I'll give em one thing though, they look better than Busas.

Those Busas are butt ugly, I couldn't face looking at the front of the one I had any longer and it had to go.

Your mate's would be at the rear wheel hey Spawn?? Thats still quite impressive but 190 or so would be about right outa the box if the 20% loss was taken into account.

I realise there are much more preferable cornering bikes out there but when I say little brother...he's actually 6'4" n approx 100kg (not fat) n most sports bikes look like pocket bikes under him n are a bit cramped. He's just moved up from a ZX12...valve punched the piston or visa versa. The ZX12 n 14 are a bit longer than most so are more comfortable for him. When I stayed back after Muster I went for a little squirt with him up through some of the roads we all rode n he seemed ta be able ta carve up the corners OK on the ZX12.

I do agree with all...that the Busa is butt ugly, SPECIALLY it's butt.
